I love the rich, whole flavors of these Cocoa and Oats Drop Cookies. I make them for my boys from a recipe that was handed down from my mother. With Spring just beginning to blossom, the afternoons are cool and bright at our home. These are such a lovely snack to have on hand coupled with a cup of Chai Tea and a good book.
